TASK:

You are our man / woman for technology! We are looking for reinforcements for our service area. 

This includes:

• Repair acceptance and KV, including diagnosis and assessment of necessary repair work
• Sympathetic advice and support for our discerning customers
• Accompanying work such as B. Quotation calculation, Invoicing and spare parts orders 
• Respond to service requests via email or chat

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Completed training as a watchmaker (m/f/d)
• Well-founded specialist knowledge from training and, if necessary, initial practical experience
• Dynamism, commitment, flexibility and service orientation
• Enjoys serving and advising customers
