1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract a) within 30 days for Manufakturwerk GmbH products and b) for all other products within 14 days without giving a reason. Please note that returns are not possible due to wear and tear, scratches on the sticker or fading of the print colors/leather.

Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please note that if one of multiple items purchased as a set is returned, the difference between the regular price of the item and the discounted price will be deducted from the refund.

The cancellation period is 30 or 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail support@manufakturwerk.com). Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.

You can use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Please note that refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original payment. If you paid for your purchase with a Horizn Studios gift card, you will receive a credit towards future orders.

This right of withdrawal may vary depending on the point of sale. Please refer to the general terms and conditions of the respective contractual partner.

2. CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

If you cancel this contract, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from you using a different method of delivery than that of have chosen the cheapest standard delivery offered to us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the costs for returning goods from the EU/UK. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
