Our products are almost exclusively made in Germany. This means that the production sites are in Germany and therefore meet the high German quality standards. The only exceptions are our NATO straps, which we have to source from Hong Kong, as we have not yet been able to find any suitable German producers.

The sizes of our bands are described with two numbers. The front number corresponds to the width between the lugs (see FAQ bar width), the back number indicates the width of the strap at the end of the clasp.

Grid width is another term for bandwidth. This means the width of the strap at the lug end, i.e. the strap side directly on the watch. It is particularly important because not every width fits every watch. The specification is in millimeters. The best way to find out your width is to measure your original tape.

The length "M" is ourstandard size, it fits about 90% of our customers and corresponds to 19.6 cm exclusive watch/AppleWatch.

We still want more and more in the future Also offer straps in lengths "S" (6" excluding watch) and "XL" (8.5" excluding watch). Some straps are therefore already available for you!

If the strap you want is not available in the right length, it is no problem to have the band made for you in “S” or “XL”. This costs an additional + 29 € and takes 6 - 8 weeks. But it's worth it, I promise!

We have the option of ordering custom-made products.

The price varies depending on the effort involved. Since the strap is made especially for you, the delivery time can take between 4 to 8 weeks.

Your shipping costs will be displayed transparently in the checkout.

From an order value of €29 within Germany and €80 within the EU, shipping is free for you.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties are included in the shipping costs and do not have to be provided by you.

When you complete your order, you will be shown an estimated delivery time.

Are the items you ordered in stock? You will then usually receive them within the next 2 - 4 working days.

If you decide on a strap that is not in stock, the delivery time can take 1 - 4 weeks.

We do our best to keep these times for you.

Sometimes it can happen that only a part of your order is in stock with us. So that you can still receive your order as quickly as possible, we will send you the items that are in stock. You will get the missing ones as soon as they are available again. This is then also noted on your delivery note.

We also offer express shipping with FedExOvernight.

Express shipping is possible Monday to Friday and if you order before12 noon. In addition, we can only ship stock items. You can recognize this by the fact that no additional time is specified with your order.

Not so happy with the selection? No problem, we will take back your undamaged goods without any questions 30 days free of charge.

Go to the "Service" tab in the menu bar and select Retourenportal.

There you enter your 9-digit order numberwith a preceding '#' character and your email address. In the next step you can print out your return label.

If you have printed out a returns label via our returns portal, you can track the shipping process using your tracking number. As soon as we receive the package, it will be processed. This can take up to 7 business days

If, despite our high quality standards, a defect arises through our fault, you can contact us using the contact form. Defects do not include damage to our products that occurs due to wear and tear or through our own fault. We reserve the right to repair the defect or exchange the product for a new one.
