All prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT as well as other price components. In addition, there may be shipping costs, which we of course keep as low as possible.

Payment types

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna invoice.

When paying by credit card, the charge is made immediately after the order is completed.

Klarna invoice: this method is offered for orders from Germany, the Netherlands and Austria. In this case you will receive the payment information separately from Klarna by e-mail.

Shipping costs

Orders within the EU/UK

Free shipping on orders over €25. For all other orders within the EU/UK we charge a fixed amount of 5 € for shipping. The return shipping is always free. Intercontinental shipping terms apply to some regions.

Orders outside the EU/UK

The exact shipping costs for delivery outside the EU/UK are calculated depending on the weight and destination country in the second step of the check-out. The final cost will be shown to you at checkout (all applicable taxes and duties included). Below is an overview for most countries.

Orders in EEA countries

For countries that are not part of the EU, shipping costs start at €20 depending on the weight of the order. This applies to delivery to Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Jersey, San Marino, Isle of Man, Andorra, Guernsey and Åland.

Intercontinental shipping

Depending on the weight, the shipping costs to Canada, Gibraltar, Mexico, Singapore and the USA are at least €20. This also applies to islands such as the Balearic Islands, Tenerife, Madeira and Açores.

Orders to other countries

For shipping to countries that are neither defined nor named above, we estimate a delivery price of at least €20, depending on the weight. (Unless otherwise noted)

Delivery times

Incoming orders are processed within 48 hours on weekdays; we'll send them off immediately afterwards. Our standard shipping takes 2 to 5 working days within the EU/UK, shipping takes 6 to 8 working days outside of the EU/UK.
