COMMERCIAL CLERK / PART-TIME

TASK:

As a commercial clerk in eCommerce, you ensure that our brand can be experienced by the customer. You are our friendly voice to the outside world, you are available to give advice (no previous knowledge required) and solve any problems personally and unbureaucratically in the interests of the customer.

This includes:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email or chat
• Provide information about invoices, products, prices or tariffs
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, complaints and returns
• Document concerns in the ticket database (Hubspot).
• Classify customer feedback so that we can continue to improve our offering

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Completed commercial training (e.g. as an office clerk, industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar qualification)
• Good user skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
• Enjoys serving and advising customers
• Confident demeanor and persuasiveness
• Ability to work in a team and an independent, responsible way of working
