Made from pure wheat and Viva con Aqua spring water, distilled five times and aged for at least six months in oak barrels, Bazic Vodka develops its special taste. In addition to the original, there are also two other varieties. The Bazic Barrique gets its special note from the 12-months storage in red wine barrels in the Hamburg barrique cellar. It is then bottled and labelled by hand.
Due to its design, the Bazic Pink is particularly popular in the ladies’ world. It is a strictly limited edition with the taste profile of the Bazic Classic Vodka. Very mild and smooth, with a hint of wheat flavors. After much planning, decorating, sourcing, packaging, pricing, and more, it was time to launch. Celebrating with a small party for friends, family, and everyone in between, we finally shared our brand and products with the world. There’s no one way to start a business, so it was great to see everyone that helped us find our own way here in one room with us.
Our launch was the perfect time to showcase our new collections and share some of our stories. Each collection and product is created using the finest materials, and designed exclusively for you. Our signature collection will soon grow into seasonal collections, and we’re hoping to offer more and more unique products as we get bigger and better. We just want to say thanks to everyone who has supported us on our journey, and we can’t wait to share our new products and ideas with you very soon. Axel Kmonitzek geht keiner Arbeit nach, sondern einer Leidenschaft. Als passionierter Uhren-Enthusiast brachte Axel 2010 die Fischer&Cie. Uhrenmanufaktur auf den Weg.
Die Idee: Maßuhren statt Massenuhren. Uhrenliebhaber schätzen die feine, individuelle Fertigung, das Angebot ist begehrt. So wurde für Axel das Hobby zum Hauptberuf.
Axels Begeisterung für Zeitmesser sprach sich schnell herum und so greifen nun auch externe Unternehmen sowie Uhren-Fachmagazine gerne auf sein Know-how zurück. Über die Jahre hat Axel mehrere Uhrenmarken beraten, Modelle sowie komplette Kollektionen entwickelt und die Fertigung koordiniert.
Mit dem MANUFAKTURWERK folgt Axel erneut seiner Passion.
Er stellt dir ausschließlich Produkte vor, für die er sich auch selbst begeistert. Privat engagiert sich Axel im Hamburger Round Table 4, einem gemeinnützigen Club.

Auf der einen Seite ist Ebbo als Professor für Volkswirtschaftslehre in der Theorie unterwegs, auf der anderen Seite ist er als Unternehmer in der Praxis zuhause. Das 1999 von ihm gegründete Unternehmen cove&co ist heute mit über 100 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern Marktführer im Bereich Maßkonfektion und Maßschneiderei. Diese Kompetenz bringt Ebbo bei MANUFAKTURWERK ein.
